For most of my life, I have lived in my body.

Sixteen years in dance training and performance. Touring, competing, teaching. Moving five to seven days a week for years.

I’ve travelled to 24 countries.
Performed professionally.
Studied mind-body medicine and integrative therapies.
Worked one-on-one with women through kinesiology, energy recalibration and deep pattern work.
